It’s official!

Fairfax City’s Economic Development Authority has finalized an agreement to redevelop the Park View property at 3936 Old Lee Highway with Parry Restaurant Group (parryrestaurantgroup.com).  The EDA will retain ownership of the property while Parry Restaurant Group serves as the developer of the project and operates a new restaurant under a long-term lease with the EDA.  The redevelopment will enhance the Old Town Fairfax City experience while activating the streetscape.
