On Friday, April 17, 2020 Fairfax City launched a program with Starship Technologies to deliver food and essential goods from Fairfax City restaurants and businesses via robots.  The first phase of the program includes more than a half dozen businesses with service to more than one square mile of Central Fairfax City.
