Office Evolution is the largest and fastest growing flex office franchisor in the United States. We opened our Business Center in the fall of 2020.
What is the mission of Office Evolution-Fairfax?
As a locally-owned small business, we are committed to helping other small business owners, entrepreneurs, and most recently enterprise businesses.

Our 10,000 square foot Business Center features 41 private offices, 4 conference rooms, 2 phone booths for our shared workspace members to take private calls, a Podcast room and multiple counter and bar top areas for members to drop in and work in a professional business environment with similarly situated business people.

What inspired you to open your business in Fairfax City?
The residential density is a huge plus as more and more people are looking to augment their work from home experience; coupled with new businesses finding a flex office and shared workspace option as more cost effective when opening their business given the low overhead and flexible terms.
What do you love most about running your own business?
My son is the Business Center Manager, and I love working with him and finding solutions to our customers’ office space and usage requirements. I love learning about the creativity of our members, their businesses, and seeing them grow.
Do you have any advice for new business owners?
Learn from those that have either done what you want to do combined with doing the proper research on the business you are looking to invest/purchase/join.
